To support our equal employment opportunity program Bell Lumber & Pole has appointed the Director, Human Resources, as Bell Lumber & Pole's DEEO Coordinator. The DEEO Coordinator’s responsibilities include implementing an internal audit and reporting system to monitor and measure the effectiveness of Bell Lumber & Pole's equal employment opportunity efforts and report to executive management on this and any needs for remedial action.
