Bell expands capacity with new pole treatment plant
We're thrilled to announce a significant expansion at Bell with the opening of our largest-capacity pole treating plant, located in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. This new facility is another step forward in our commitment to enhancing service and product excellence, a commitment we've proudly upheld since 1909.
What This Expansion Means for You
Our new treating plant is designed with your demand in mind. It features two 8 ft x 125-foot treating cylinders, capable of handling substantial volumes with efficiency. This expansion is a strategic move to address and alleviate the persistent supply chain challenges the utility industry has faced.
Advanced Treatments for Diverse Needs
At our new facility, we're equipped to provide CCA (Chromated Copper Arsenate) and DCOI (4,5-Dichloro-2-N-Octyl-4-Isothiazolin-3-One) treatments for all wood species. These advanced treatments ensure the durability and longevity of the wood, making them ideal for a wide range of applications. We also have the ability to add an optional treatment that softens the wood to facilitate easier pole climbing.
A Testament to Our Promise
The increased capability of our Broken Bow plant means we can supply roundwood utility poles more quickly and reliably than ever. This development is not just an expansion of our facilities; it's a direct response to the needs of our clients, ensuring that your projects proceed smoothly without the stress of delayed timelines.
Since 1909, we’ve been committed to providing excellence in our service and products, and this new plant is a testament to that promise. Thank you for your continued trust in Bell. Together, let's build a future that's not only structurally sound, but also sustainable and efficient.
